Award in BiH 2026
In 2026, we awarded the eighth generation of SDG Business Pioneers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Who can apply?
The award is open for all private sector companies registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, regardless of the company size (micro, small, medium, and large). It is awarded to companies within the categories (“People” and “Resources & Environment”) by size (for example, small companies compete with other small companies).
Application deadline
Applications for the SDG Business Pioneers Award were open from January 1, 2026, to March 15, 2026.

The process is based on a simple online application that takes just a few minutes. After the initial application, you will be contacted for additional information about your company’s operations.

About the Award
The SDG Business Pioneers Award aims to promote the efforts of the private sector in the field of sustainable development in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2026, we announced the eighth generation of SDG Business Pioneers.
The application process follows specific standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in the social, environmental, and economic dimensions, assisting companies in measuring their performance based on international standards.
The SDG Business Pioneers Award is implemented under “Accelerating Agenda 2030 through Governance and Sustainable Growth” (SDG 2030 BiH), a Joint Programme of the United Nations in Bosnia and Herzegovina funded by Sweden and implemented by UNDP, ILO, IOM and UNICEF, under the coordination of the UN Resident Coordinator. The official partner of the award is the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
